What do a building manager with a penchant for using tenants' apartments for entertaining prostitutes, a 60-something kleptomaniac with a dog named Lulu, and a cross-dressing Karaoke singer have in common? Nothing! Except that they all live, oblivious to each other, in the Robson Arms apartments.

Each week, we peer behind a different door. Like apartment dwellers everywhere, the residents know little about the people taking a bath on the other side of their wall. But their actions and stories will affect each other in unexpected ways. An unsavoury remark from the building manager will send a ten-year-old boy on a quest to find a lover for his mom. A pair of pink underwear left in the common laundry room sparks the unraveling of a young couple's marriage.

Robson Arms seems to attract those who are stuck: in a bad job, in a bad relationship - or maybe in the past. One thing is certain; this place will eventually change them, move them forward, move them back, deny their wishes or grant their dreams. The door is open - go ahead give it a push…

Robson Arms has drawn some of Canada's most exciting acting talent to the small screen, including Margot Kidder ("Superman", "Crime and Punishment"), Megan Follows ("Anne of Green Gables", "Law and Order"), Mark McKinney ("Kids in the Hall", "Slings and Arrows"), Tobias Mehler ("Taken") and Gabrielle Miller ("Corner Gas"). They will be joined by series regular John Cassini ("NYPD Blues", "Seven") who stars as the building's appealing but sleazy superintendent "Yuri".
